You’ll be responsible for improving quality and relevance of Farcaster feeds.

Our biggest challenge is combating protocol spam, a challenging problem on a decentralized network where anyone can sign up. We need to develop models that work really fast and can used graph based signals to quickly identify spammers. We also need to make this data open and accessible to other developers building on the protocol.

Another challenge is feed relevance, where we develop machine learning models to help users find the most interesting content on the network. This is extremely important for growth, since new users won’t stick around unless we can guide them to the most interesting content.

The rule is “full stack ML” where you’ll be responsible not only for designing the models but also seeing through their implementation at the infrastructure and product level. Read this doc for more about company, role and interview process.

Must Haves:

• 6+ years of experience writing production software.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning systems.
• Live between GMT-8 and GMT-5 (North American timezones)

• Experience working on a consumer or social app
