• We’re introducing location on Warpcast profiles—letting you find other Farcasters nearby.
• Update your location by going to Edit Profile > Location in the Warpcast mobile apps.
• When you update your location, you’ll be able to see who else on Warpcast is in the same location. You’ll also get updates when someone you’re following is in your location.

Other notes

• We hope this is useful for people traveling to ETHDenver this week!
• For now, city-level granularity and we’re not auto-suggesting based on GPS (no permissions required).
• This will start as a Warpcast-only feature. We’ll see how people use it, collect feedback, iterate and then consider how best to incorporate into the Warpcast APIs and the Farcaster protocol so other apps can build location-based features.
• To get started, update to the latest mobile version of the app. Desktop is read only for now. Coming soon to web.
