We’re looking for the second staff-level product designer to join our team.

Warpcast is a social app that makes it easy for people to do onchain things. We’ve built some of the simplest onboarding experiences that have brought a million users onchain. We will continue to push the boundaries on what we can do with good design to onboard more users to crypto.

Your primary responsibility will be to own of two major parts of the app — social or onchain experiences. You’ll be responsible for taking ideas from a rough concept to a spec to wireframes to designs and lead a team of engineers in driving towards an implementation. You’ll also be responsible for the strategic challenge of developing our design language and systems as the Farcaster teams grows.

• Creating design systems and infrastructure that makes it easier to ship delightful products.
• Simplifying complex crypto ideas down to the right level of abstractions for users.

Must Haves

• Comfortable delivering in a fast paced environment while pushing for quality.
• An eye for high-quality visual and interaction design, with a focus on mobile.
• Deep experience with designing either crypto or consumer products.
• Live between GMT-8 and GMT-5 (North American timezones).
