Actions are custom buttons that appear under your casts in Warpcast.
Actions are created by developers and installed by users. They can be used to add features that aren’t a core part of the Farcaster protocol. For example, you can write an action button called “remind me” that sends a reminder email 10 days after it is clicked.
Actions can be installed by clicking on an action link. This will bring up a prompt in your mobile or web app to add the cast action. You can try installing Upthumbs, an example cast action.
Actions show up in a special menu under each cast and can be tapped or clicked on to trigger the action. Once completed, you’ll see a small toast in your app.
