Goal: Allow custom actions to a cast.

At a high-level it’d work something like:

• developer creates a custom action that user’s can install and have available under a cast
• when a user takes a custom action, a signed message is posted to the developers servers that includes the user’s FID, the cast they are reacting to, and the reaction type

Installing

To start, installing a custom action could be done by linking to a Warpcast URL with the metadata about the custom action specified in the query parameters. The user would then be prompted to “install” the reaction, after which it’d be available on each cast.
